At Planfluence, we provide a digital service that is accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or purchases made through our platform.
Once a subscription is active for the current billing period (monthly or annually), it cannot be cancelled or refunded for that period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
You have full control over your subscription through your account settings. While we do not offer refunds, you can turn off auto-renewal at any time. If you turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and your access will expire at the end of the current paid term.
